Computer Simulation of Metal Forming Technological Processes in Terms of Eulerian Description of Continuum Motion

The paper deals with 3-D finite element analysis (FEA) of different metal forming processes in terms of Eulerian description of continuun motion. Three technological processes being characterized by high plastic strain ratio have been researched. The processes analyzed are: the piercing of solid cylindrical billet on a helical piercing mill; the high-reduction pendulum rolling of a flat bar; the lengthwise rolling of a rectangular bar billet in profiled roll pass of a heavy merchant mill. As a result of computer simulation the time-dependent stress and strain fields and deformed shape of the billets during the rolling process were obtained. Power consumption of the processes studied was estimated too. Eulerian problem formulation has allowed not only to solve a problem of high plastic deformations, but also to analyze the phenomena of intense mass transfer without finite elements grids distortion.

Dynamic system attainability domain approximate construction problem is discussed. We analyze this problem solution approaches based onconsecutive and parallel “multi-finish” methods, respectivedifferential equations system vector field approximation, and neural nets. As an example, we discuss specified methods application for aircraft attainability domain boundary approximate construction.

In article is reviewed base of maximum likeness extrapolation first. Then there are a few recommendations for model identification based on researched time series. Later there are results of extrapolation of researched time series. In the end there is mention of model features and further development of maximum likeness extrapolation model.  The article is dedicated to the question of optimization of engine work cycle. The engine is 16 ЧН 26/26. The computer simulation was made. As a result the optimal magnitudes of boost pressure Pint and angel of fuel injection φовт  were identified. Optimization was made with 3 meanings of maximal cycle pressure Pmax =15,2; 17 and 21MPa.

On the basis of the received integrated equations the technique of forecasting of behaviour of a yarn under loading on curves of creep with application of a principle of is intense-time analogy is developed. Possibility of application of the received integrated equations, and according to developed forecasting techniques is shown on an example of calculations of diagrammes of a stretching of a yarn on creep curves. In work the possible scheme очувствления the surgical tool for carrying out of operations in vessels is considered. The offered scheme allows the surgeon in operating conditions (on line) to receive the information on level of working efforts in the field of surgical intervention. It can be used for designing очувствленных working bodies of robots – manipulators of surgical appointment. A working out main objective is creation of the system, allowing to warn possible mechanical damages of biological fabrics in the course of carrying out of surgical operation.
