 The aim of this work is to calculate the thermal lens channel for medical device colposcope . This channel should be removed to allow the test thermogram with biological surfaces. Colposcope - a special device consisting of a binocular microscope. Thermogram - functional relationship between the temperature of the surface of the biological and the degree of its destruction. Therefore, improvement of the colposcope by introducing thermal channel is an important task for health care. Application of the upgraded unit will provide early diagnosis of diseases of tissues. And also increase the likelihood of detecting lesions. It is known that the development of malignancies is accompanied by a local increase in temperature of the affected portion at 0.5 o C or more. Unaffected parts of the body have a temperature of 36.6 o C. Specified property of the biological tissue under study can be characterized by the thermograms . It gives a complete picture of the surface of the fabric. Therefore, skilled not only have limited visual information obtained in the colposcope.
Full scale tests of an IR Fourier spectral-radiometer for remote atmospheric sounding

This article describes full-scale tests of a prototype of a IR Fourier spectral-radiometer for remote atmospheric sounding. The article presents an experimental procedure, which would allow one to determine the efficiency of the device and its metrological characteristics. Additionally, the article presents results of tests with the use of test objects such as films made of different polymer compounds (polyester, Teflon, polyethylene, polystyrene) with known thickness, as well as vapor of ammonia (NH3) and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) in gaseous phase. The spectra of test objects were registered against various background objects - a clear sky, a cloudy sky, a model of a black body with a known temperature.
