Market economy development, complication of organizational structure and growth of the majority of the Russian companies, the increased level of uncertainty, requirement for effective tools for overcoming of the crisis phenomena have caused necessity of working out of the given problem and adaptation of technology of management in cost to the Russian conditions. Unfortunately, until now in the domestic literature only theoretical bases of the concept of management in cost are considered.
