 The article considers application of web-site for implementation of interactive negative processes occurring in the system of production management. It is shown that the use of interactive technology allows to increase the volume of data processed, and allows to use tools for their operative processing and formation of knowledge, as well as timely go to the administrative activity. A confirmation of the statement that the process of accumulation of the information on the interface of the interactive system is characterized by logistics (logarithmic) function. The conclusion is that interactive technology allows to more effectively manage the practical activity objects in the learning system, allows to realize the spectrum of consulting activities in the process of the execution of the training work.

Based on the analysis of the origin and current usage of the word «elite», Russia’s engineering elite notion is proposed. Constituent components of the definition are substantiated. Engineering communication competence development concept is proposed in the framework of interdisciplinary training in English – the language of international communication. The main achievements of the pilot training school of Bauman university are presented.
Innovative "KOM-NAMI" gearboxes with mechanical and automatic control

The article tells about original constructions of non-blocking synchronizers, planetary space-saving demultiplicators with inbuilt synchronizer and high load-carrying capability, “KOM-NAMI” space-saving gearboxes that were developed on the basis of these devices with prospective qualitative characteristics. There is information about gearboxes for light commercial vehicles, buses and multiple-speed gearboxes for heavy dump trucks and tractor-lorry-trailer combinations. The paper describes clarified analytical dependences that are based on minimal source data available from any advertising pamphlet or catalogue and could be used for estimation of load-carrying capability of an aggregate or its elements. This could be used for calculating of metrics impartial assessment including gears contact and bending durability factors that are necessary for design of new and prospective gearboxes.

It is shown that in-cut contact interaction of an instrument and a raw part is interaction of fields at the atom-molecule level. The article tells about processes and phenomena accompanying the cutting process on the nanolevel: mechanical, thermal, thermoelectric, electromagnetic, structural changes of material. New spheres of technique and technology of cutting are indicated.
Researches of interaction of the pneumatic wheel with ultralow pressure and the snow roadbed

In this paper the question of interaction of pneumatic extra-low pressure tires with snow is considered. The simulation model of contact interaction of pneumatic extra-low pressure tires with snow is presented. The model is realized by means of numerical computing environment MATLAB. Comparison of the settlement data with the data of experimental researches for the vehicle "Viking"-2992 on tires 1300х600-533 models "Trekol" is made. The analysis of parameters of wheel-terrain interaction of the off-road vehicles is carried out. The interaction parameters are received in mathematical dependence on air internal tires pressure in taking into account known physico-mechanical parameters of snow.
Structural, algorithmic and hardware organization of landing autopilot for robotic airship with visual navigation

In this paper structure for a robotic airship landing autopilot is proposed. Blocks of this structure are considered: the controller, the unit of estimation of external forces, visual navigation block, a navigation system and sensors. Visual markers navigation algorithms are also considered. The article gives a description of the autopilot hardware implementation. The results can be used in autopilots for robotic aeronautical platforms design.
Rising of operating speed for the problem of conflict-optimum target setting of small groups of aircrafts

The problem of conflict-optimum counteraction of small groups of aircrafts in the form of two-stage procedure of ranking-allocation and conflict optimization by Nash for obtaining the stable-effective decision in the shape of matrix of conflict-optimum target setting is considered. Calculating time in the case of the exhaustive search is far from real-time, therefore the procedure of thinning of the counteraction effectiveness matrix is proposed, as a result the operating speed for the problem of counteraction of 4-by-4 aircrafts is rising twenty-fold.

By virtue of importance of noise reduction of vehicle tires in 2005 UNECE approved the following regulations: “Uniform provisions concerning the official approval of tires with regard to the road roar.” Thus, creation of low-noise tires and their acoustic characteristics control is an important task.The article touches upon the basic problems of creation of techniques and systems providing fulfillment of conditions during measuring. This concerns fulfilling both acoustic and mechanical requirements to constructions-in-progress. The article covers the approaches to creation of devices for benchmark tests and road tests at measuring tire acoustic performance. A new design of surface profilometer is offered.
Method of solving the task of scheduled repairs of enterprise technology equipment by use of genetic algorithm

This article covers solving one of the tasks of enterprise equipment repairs control system - tasks of planning maintenance service and repairs of industrial enterprise technology equipment. The article gives a mathematical problem definition of this task as a scheduling problem with limited resources. For solving the task three optimization criteria are offered – they are based on: cost function, labor resources, on duration of idle time of enterprise lines. A short review of task solving methods of the class in question is given. The article also tells about a heuristic method of solving the scheduling enterprise equipment repairs problem, the method is based on a genetic algorithm. The article describes an algorithm and a program complex which implements it. Results of a program complex operation are given.
Dynamical absorbtion of oscillations as means of control of dynamical condition of vibroprotection system

This article deals with BMSTU collection of centrifugal governors collected at the end of the 19th century.  It gives a brief description of governors, their distinctive features and working principles; article also provides information on the history of their creation and production.  Main problems of the governors and solutions, suggested in publications of Maxwell, Vyshnegradsky and Chebyshev, were analyzed. Wrong directions in the development of governor design were identified. These mistakes have led to the creation of invalid mechanisms, which can be found in the collection of BMSTU. The experimental determination of governor’s characteristic is described; also 3D models of several governors, created by authors, are shown.

The article shows the opportunity and expediency of using liquid hydrocarbons during thermal treating of Lysakovsky gravitational-magnetic concentrate for metallurgical redistribution. Use of tar and oil as a reducer allows to lower the roasting process temperature up to 650-700°С. It has been found that high-viscous oil has the highest reductive activity.
Pressure fluctuations, random hydrodynamic loads and vibration of fuel rods beams in WWER fuel assembly

The article covers a methodology of determining random hydrodynamic loads on the fuel rods beam of WWER fuel assembly by coolant turbulent flow; the methodology is based on measurements of pressure fluctuations distributions on the external perimeter fuel rods beam. Data on random  hydrodynamic loads on a start-up hydrodynamic station and in the area of steady currents for different conditions of input flow pattern formation.  There are two typical areas of influence of random hydrodynamic loads on the intensity of fuel rods beam vibration.

The efficiency of multi-role business games approaches in defining a coherent pricing policy in competitive environment is given. This problem is related to the formalization of the representation of the scenario of user actions in the course of a business game. At the same time to implement the interaction of user processes between main stream of the scenario and supporting processes the formal operations of data exchange and synchronization are introduced.

The article considers the architecture of an information management system containing information-technological, interactive and organizational platforms interrelation between which is carried out with the help of dataware outline. The information-technological platform acts as an informational and technological basis for input, processing, storage and management data distribution. The organizational platform is designed to control the process of development of new management methods on the basis of information technologies. The virtual platform allows to activate opportunities for all participants of business: customers, employees, private investors. Architecture landscape changes opportunities for enterprise management, while reacting minimally to the changing environment - both of production and the market, and plays an additional role of added value generator.
Classification of organizational and technological solutions for information systems of production management

The paper considers the possibility of classification of organizational and technological decisions on the following levels: 1) accounting system of data processing, 2) complex systems of information processing; 3) the integrated information system; ( 4) dynamic control systems. It is shown that the accounting system, will allow to show the result of a major business and financial operations. The decision of complex level focused on the operation of the control loop "planning - accounting - control - analysis" in the complex. Integrated control systems of the enterprise allow to generalize the assessment of the state of processes of management of all resources of the company. WITH the help of dynamic technological-organizational structures are formed control systems with distributed in time and space resources.
