Sales management of integrated products distribution at an industrial enterprise by using Internet distribution channel
Engineering Education # 10, October 2012 DOI: 10.7463/1112.0492165 The authors analyze a sales management system at an industrial enterprise and evaluate the role of the Internet in the system. The authors consider the question of improving the process of production distribution at the enterprise through introduction of a new distribution channel. They show a model of choosing rational participation in the distribution channel, the control algorithm assortment policy of the company, and the sales volume prediction algorithm. The authors provide a model of developing a web-site and the algorithm for its optimization and promotion, as well as the results of introduction of a new distribution channel.
