Theoretical part of this article was devoted to the important problem solving that is the development of methods and algorithms of creating of the adaptive environment for the development of educative resources. Application-oriented part of this article was devoted to the implementation of proposed methods and algorithms in particular teaching system. The aim of this work was the development of methods and algorithms of synthesis of optimal education trajectories along with the implementation of proposed methods and algorithms in teaching system.

The content of education carried out by means of computer-aided learning systems is defined by electronic educational resources – electronic text-books, electronic tutorials, reference books, applied programs of virtual laboratories and soon. These resources are developed by special instrumental systems. The information about technology and instrumental system of electronic educational resources creation adaptable for individual features and demands of trainees is represented.

             The paper discusses evaluation of conceptual knowledge of a subject taught by intellectual learning computer system whose knowledge database is built on semantic networks. Cognitive maps are used to formalize the conceptual knowledge of a subject about the studied discipline.
