Based on four graph goal functions, representing the project road maps, engineering graph procedures of optical-electronic scanning device projection has been developed. Septenary oriented path of stage-model synthesis project realization, and its matrix representation have been considered. All of the direct and inverse interstage feedback have been analyzed. Seven project stages, such as formulation, schematic, mathematical, two computer, designing and technological have been worked out.
