The article describes the concept of development a print management system of documents. Defined purpose of the system and its basic functionality. Offered a standard set of system components and describes their functions and the means for practical implementation. The print management system of documents designed to centrally manage printing in the organization to reduce costs of consumables and ensure the confidentiality of information. This concept is universal sufficient. It can be applied to development a print management system documents in the University (for example BMSTU) and its units.

For development of cross-platform document processing application it is expedient to include functionality and visual components of existing office suites. The article defines the typical features of document processing and reporting. The methods and technology of using LibreOffice/OpenOffice office suite's components and functions for developing of programs to create reports are proposed. Possibilities of packages and methods of their integrating into the application for document editing, formats converting, database interaction, and data export are considered. Suggested methods for application integration with office packages allow to reduce the costs and time for development programs and increase the efficiency of their operation.

For computer-aided software development without writing code authors propose to use programming managed by data . In this case, the program is a oriented graph of technology that specifies the use of variables in functions. On the basis of the graph makes the specification, which is analyzed by the interpreter program. The article deals with the principles and examples of construction of the graph and the specifications for the task of working with the database. Describes the visual GUI development environment, which is a component of computer-aided software engineering system, and implements tasks to add, modify, delete, and view data records.

For realization of transparent access to files in the distributed cross-platform environment and to RAID it is offered to create file archive with possibility of fast search of files on parameters or on a template. In article the basic principles of development of file archive which consists of the RAID, a database with a meta-information, the ftp-server and client part are considered. Offers on structure and architecture of a program complex, structure of a database, technology of access to data, algorithms of ensuring transactions and detection of duplicates of files are developed. The offered concepts are universal and can be applied when developing the concrete application.

The authors consider principles of creating database constructors which have a convenient graphical user interface and a universal normalization tool. The constructor allows operating not only with attributes and functional dependences, but also with entities which unite attributes. The database structure normalization algorithm is based on Ullman algorithm which additionally carries out analysis of keys entry into determinants and dependant parts of functional dependences, and which also reveals entities unambiguously determining one another. The algorithm is adapted to the presence - in the structure - of not only attributes but also entities that unite attributes.

Class of multiaspect information systems was defined as class of organized control systems, closely-coupled with data and functions. The problem of decreasing the multiaspect system development cost was set. Standard methods of decomposition and out-of-the-box solutions were recognized ineffective. Aspect approach to designing of information system based on strict formalization of design process was proposed. Uniqueness property of algorithm development was formulated; it allowed to achieve the uniqueness of problem description when outlining it. Requirements that allowed to achieve the uniqueness were specified. Lemma that the uniqueness property of algorithm development was achieved with the fulfillment of listed requirements   was proved.
