The theoretical and experimental substantiation of management methods educational laboratory installations of remote access and working out of practical means of their realization became a research objective. Objects of research are: managerial process by the distributed resources of laboratory installation and data transmission maintenance between remote users and educational laboratory installation on telecommunication networks. As processing and data transmission standards, audio and video codecs have been analysed; communication interfaces, networks; программно - hardware complexes of storage and data processing.Creation of a complex of remote management on the basis of the laboratory laser stand became a research result. Results of research can be used by working out of remote laboratories of MGTU of AD Bauman, for remote carrying out of laboratory works, application of media conferences in educational process of MGTU.
