Process of working off of the software as a problem of the statistical decision in which each run with some ini-tial data costs some fixed sum is considered. Are investigated multicriterion problems of optimum control for the systems modelled markovian by chains; the concept operated markovian chains with vector incomes is entered; (or the penalty) systems at a decision choice cannot be expressed the income one number (an example, can serve the situations arising at a resolution of conflicts in computer systems where it is important not only the general waiting time, but also waiting times of each resource separately); multicriterion problem generalisation about an optimum stop. In a number of decision-making problems it is important to establish, whether pays back a gain of the infor-mation from the new data a payment for its reception. It is characteristic for problems of a stop of computing pro-cess.

The article considers problems of choosing a structure of multiprocessing computer systems. Using the spectral theory of graphs, methods of choosing multiprocessing computer systems structures are described. The authors study the influence of structural performances of graph computer system on complexity, productivity and fault tolerance of computer system.
