Analysis of constructive and technological parameters of device for rotary band grinding on the basis of examination of dynamics of relative motion of abrasive belt

Quality of the surface layer is a result of the impact of a cutting tool on work material while cutting. The work presents the conclusion of analytic dependencies of relative motion of an abrasive belt of a device for rotary band grinding which enable to establish the criteria and boundary values of operating mode of the device under which stable OS are observed, their frequency and amplitude being established as well. The results of study offer and explain rational constructive parameters of device and processing modes with the device for rotary band grinding

The task of designing a new product is connected with achievement of the required technical level of a product, decrease of laboriousness and prime cost in all stages of a life span of a product. Tryout of the construction for its fabricability is performed by means of direct influence on its technical essence due to providing the construction with a number of properties that make it organizationally adequate. The work presents the method of calculating workability and quality assessment of a device of rotary band grinding with particulate indices. This method allows to choose the most rational layout solution.

This work presents the process control system for the processing of long soft work pieces by means of the device of rotary band grinding.Construction peculiarities of the equipment being taken into account, the given process control system for the processing has the following subsystems- kinematic, dynamic and thermalphysic.Having subsystems of the mechanical processing and their modeling enable to provide rational constructive, geometric and kinematic parameters as well as to choose and justify some rational technological modes of processing by means of the device of rotary band grinding.
