The concept of artificial selection that was in common practice in ancient Sparta was studied in this paper. Application of this Spartan artificial selection in the genetic algorithm showed the impossibility of improving the population’s fitness to the environment that can be characterized as a failure of the Spartan evolution; it leads to the deadlock in the population’s development.

In work the known idea about dynamic self-organising of parametres of genetic algorithm has been studied and finished. It has allowed to develop fast and reliable genetic algorithm. The developed algorithm has been tested on known criterion functions. For the first time process of evolution of algorithm and the decisions arising at work of algorithm has been investigated.

All people are consumers. Competition among manufacturers improves products quality, reduces its costs and forces buyers to choose among variety of goods the product, which would be the best choice for any private client. For example, any motorist at least once in his life was to choose a make of acquired car. The abundance of car techno-economic characteristics do not allow the buyer to make a clear choice. A decision support system for buying a car based on the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic is presented in this paper.

Now prolongation of the appointed service life of technical devices is spent by an estimation of a technical condition лидерных or is artificial the made old samples. Such works pursue the aim — to define such service life at which physical and chemical processes of ageing yet do not worsen device technical characteristics. In the present article the original way of definition of a deadline of service of the nonrestorable technical device under the statistical data about refusals of this device in operation is offered.
